Returns:
Coverking Custom made products may not be returned for credit.
Coverking Products which are not custom may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt,
if the product is in new, resellable condition. Such products must be issued an RGA number.
To obtain an RGA number, email sales@coverkingcovers.com. Include your order number, your contact information,
and a brief description of the reason for return.
WARRANTY:
Coverking products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted on the product pages.
If the product fails under normal use during the warranty period, Coverking will repair or
replace product. Such warranty claims must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number
e-mail sales@coverkingcovers.com. Include all your Contact information, Order Number and a
brief description of the reason for the return request.
(Any product returned to the factory without a RGA will not receive a Credit/Replacement/Repair)
Credit Card Chargebacks:
To avoid any confusion, please remember that your credit card will be billed by our card processor, "Dannecker Auto & Truck" on your statement.
